Who we are

Desktop N Draw is a digital art learning business run by Nagesh Joshi, based in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra, India. This policy covers the website www.desktopndraw.com and the Desktop N Draw app (desktop-n-draw-academy.pages.dev). Contact: enquiry.desktopndraw@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email address and message.
• Paid PDF: payments are handled by Razorpay. We receive your name, email address, phone number (if you enter it) and payment confirmation. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Art Review (in the app): the name you enter, your question, your level and the artwork image you upload.
• Basic technical data: our hosting providers may log your IP address and browser type for security. The app uses a scrambled version of your IP address only to limit uploads to 5 per hour.

Saved only on your device

Your language choice on the website, and your learning progress, challenges and Quick Draw progress in the app, are saved in your own browser. They are not sent to us. Clearing your browser data removes them. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking tools.

How we use your data

Only to reply to you, deliver the PDF you bought, give feedback on your artwork and provide support. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not show your artwork publicly without your written permission.

How long we keep it

Contact messages and Art Review images are deleted within 12 months. Payment records are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires.

Third-party services

Netlify (website hosting and contact form), Cloudflare (app hosting and Art Review storage), Razorpay (payments), Google Fonts, Google Drive (study material) and YouTube (videos). These services have their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing enquiry.desktopndraw@gmail.com.

Children

Learners under 18 should use the website and app with the knowledge of a parent or guardian, and must ask them before paying or uploading artwork.

Grievance contact

For any privacy question or complaint, contact Nagesh Joshi at enquiry.desktopndraw@gmail.com. We reply within 7 days.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
